- Oversee and implement a comprehensive range of facilities management services, ensuring operational excellence.
- Executive preventative maintenance routines, manage pest control measures, maintain horticultural standards, and oversee security operations to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Take charge of investigating, scrutinising, and evaluating reported malfunctions and breakdowns to prevent occurance of future incidents.
- Actively supervise and direct enhancement projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are completed within designated timelines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Be prepared to undertake any other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Estate Management, Building Maintenance or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
