Job Responsibilities
*Handle customer's calls, emails & WhatsApp about order, schedules, rejects and general enquiries.
*Performance daily Delivery Oder & Invoices, liaise with Logistics department to ensure timely delivery. To handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.
*Coordinate well with sales team by managing schedules and customer stock balance control, production re-run. Create and maintain customer's price lists.
*Monitoring and adjust the Stock level monthly for in house & 3rd party warehouses.
*Filing of Customer Quotation, Customer Purchase Order, Delivery Orders & Invoices.
*Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
