We provide excellent services to our customers and to provide their household with suitable helpers for their households. We are well-reputed in the industry to our clients since 2003 and we aim to continue to do so.

You have ONE main responsibility - Achieve your monthly sales targets. And we will be there as a team to assist you to achieve it.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries on requirements and hiring of MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers)
- Conduct Interviews with potential MDWs from overseas training centres.
- Shortlist suitable MDWs for customer selections
- Schedule and arrange interviews for customers.
- Handle phone and email enquiries from customers
- Handle after sales services issues for customers and MDWs
Requirements:
- Have the drive and hunger to succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn.
- Knowledge of online applications would be useful (Email, Google Drive, Whatsapp Web etc)
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- CEI certification is required
- Prior experience in a maid agency or related industry is required
