Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in the preparation of proposals, coordinating and follow up on offers where necessary.
• Manage & coordinate order fulfillment timely and efficiently and arrange the delivery schedule.
• Ensure all transactions and data entries are accurately recorded in the system and proper filing of all documents
• Respond to customers queries and provide after-sales support
• Assist in collection of accounts receivables
• Assist in preparation of reports where needed.
• Update product knowledge to serve customers effectively
• Achieve individual and department KPIs
• Assist in areas where assigned by Management in achieving business objectives
Requirements:
• A Diploma in Business or relevant discipline with a certificate in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
• Must be resourceful, efficient and able to work under pressure with a high level of commitment and drive.
• Good working knowledge of MS office
• Proficient in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a high level of commitment
