Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Provide general office administrative duties
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Assist with onsite meeting’s logistics support
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Coordinate with various vendors for office related servicing or repair issues
- Assist in travel booking, calendar management, purchase process, event catering booking etc.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
