Job Summary:

Manages incidents and service requests logged for customer site. Has overall responsibility for managing EUC Infra, supports servers & network devices on L1 skill level.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Log & resolve incidents/service request in ITSM tool.
  • Deploy hardware & software requirement to meet business IT needs.
  • Act as a team player and collaborate with other site team members.
  • Act as a central reference for end user issues & site level escalations.
  • Have basic knowledge on latest technology to support business.
  • Work with HCL offshore teams for any priority incidents and expedite resolution.

Experience Required

  • Total 2 to 6 years of experience in this Windows & EUC domain.
  • Experience working in Windows enterprise environments.
  • Experience in working in diverse and multiple cross functional teams.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Qualification

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge on ITIL concepts.
  • Windows 10, SCCM imaging & software deployment, Office 365 & Cisco switches/AP’s (L1).
