Job Summary:
Manages incidents and service requests logged for customer site. Has overall responsibility for managing EUC Infra, supports servers & network devices on L1 skill level.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Log & resolve incidents/service request in ITSM tool.
- Deploy hardware & software requirement to meet business IT needs.
- Act as a team player and collaborate with other site team members.
- Act as a central reference for end user issues & site level escalations.
- Have basic knowledge on latest technology to support business.
- Work with HCL offshore teams for any priority incidents and expedite resolution.
Experience Required
- Total 2 to 6 years of experience in this Windows & EUC domain.
- Experience working in Windows enterprise environments.
- Experience in working in diverse and multiple cross functional teams.
- Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Qualification
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge on ITIL concepts.
- Windows 10, SCCM imaging & software deployment, Office 365 & Cisco switches/AP’s (L1).
