Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines
- Meeting with other executives to discuss clients' project goals, progress and outcomes
- Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Requirement:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting or other relevance qualification;
- At least three years' of accountant experience, with experience in construction ispreferred;
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and good internet communication skills;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under high pressure
- Experience with construction field is a must
