- Collaborate with Managers & Team Leaders to identify training requirements.
- Develop comprehensive training programs, including relevant training materials, to address stakeholder needs effectively.
- Innovate and refine existing or new training curricula to align with stakeholder objectives.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and assessments for both new hires and existing staff.
- Deliver training covering both soft and hard skills for employees.
- Facilitate cross-functional training sessions for different business units.
- Collect and evaluate post-training feedback, implementing necessary changes for improvement.
- Ensure timely updates of all administrative training documents.
- Manage and maintain training resources and databases.
- Review and enhance existing training curricula to optimize training outcomes and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Passion for Continuous Learning & Coaching
- Proficient with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Willingness to be Explore, Innovate & be Creative with different training methodologies
- Training Facilitation skills (would be an advantage)
- 5 days work week
- Location: Central
- Salary up to $4,300
