Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate cafe staff to achieve performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Schedule shifts, manage payroll, and oversee staff performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the cafe.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budgetary goals.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
