A construction company (Solar Energy ) looking for self-motivate candidates:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and process monthly payroll;
- Responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals;
- Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff;
- Maintain safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers;
- To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects;
- To drive employee’s engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities;
- To arrange meeting, preparation of meeting and record minutes of meeting.
- To manage office purchasae and record
- To assist on Site purchase (issue PO)
- Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration, Finance/Accountancy.
- Self-motivated, independent, well-organized with attention to detail and able to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines
- A good team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferably working experience in Human Resources or equivalent
