Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to data and reporting projects in the insurance sector.
- Leverage business consulting expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of insurance operations.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience in either Consulting for Insurance clients or in the Insurance industry working on data/reporting projects.
- Candidates outside of the Insurance & data fields will not be considered.
- Practical experience with regulatory reporting (e.g. IFRS17)
- Deep understanding of various reports produced by insurance companies, including but not limited to Regulatory, Finance, Actuarial, Distribution, Underwriting, and Claims reports Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
