Job Description:Finance executive is responsible for guiding SME corporate client through the loan application process, evaluating their financial circumstances, and recommending suitable loan products. They work with lending institutions, borrowers, and real estate professionals to facilitate loan transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and lending needs. Assess their creditworthiness and financial situation.
  2. Loan Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Corporate Sme Loan products.
  3. Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and gather all necessary documentation, including income verification, credit reports, and property appraisals.
  4. Loan Structuring: Analyze SME Corporate Client information to recommend the most suitable loan options. Consider factors like interest rates, down payments, and loan terms to provide personalized advice.
  5. Client Education: Educate SME Corporate Client about the loan process, explaining terms and conditions, and helping them understand their financial responsibilities.
  6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with SME Corporate Client , real estate agents, and loan underwriters to provide updates on the loan status and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
  7. Sales and Marketing: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other potential sources of referrals.
  8. Documentation: Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness before closing.
  9. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing SME Corporate Client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  10. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals set by the lending institution.
  11. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, SME Corporate Client interactions, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex product features.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with business and finance and its dynamics is a plus.
  • At least a ITE or equivalent in any field
