OPERATIONS MANAGER

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operations Manager Trainee to join Moat Master Cleaner LLP. This role offers a unique opportunity for individual who are eager to learn and grow within the cleaning industry. As an Operations Manager, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for a successful career as a fulltime Operations Manager within our company.


Skills/Responsibilities


1. Training and Development:

• Participate in a structured training program designed to provide

comprehensive knowledge of our company's operations, policies, procedures,

and industry best practices.

• Learn about daily tasks and decision-making.

• Complete hands-on training in various operational tasks, including

scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and customer relations.


2. Operational Support:

• Assist in the coordination of daily cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to

established standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, allocate resources

effectively, and address operational challenges in a timely manner.

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and assist in

procurement activities as needed.


3. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites to assess the quality of work

performed by cleaning crews.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain

high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints, and work towards

swift resolution of issues to uphold our reputation for excellence.


4. Leadership Development:

• Demonstrate strong leadership potential by effectively communicating with

team members, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work

environment.

• Take initiative in assuming leadership responsibilities as assigned by senior

management, and actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming

sessions.


5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and

promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.

• Assist in conducting training sessions on safety protocols and procedures,

and enforce adherence to safety guidelines in all operational activities.
