- Analyze client business needs and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT).
- Develop and implement data migration strategies.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Test and troubleshoot SAP HCM functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP HCM features and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience with SAP HCM implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with [Specific Technologies relevant to the role, e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors] (a plus).
