Location: Changi Business Park
Duration: 12 Months, Required to work night shift (5 pm – 2 am)
Responsibilities:
- Document and maintain the Client’s enquiries and request received in Bank’s ticketing tool
- Subject Matter Expert for specific focus area such as Authentication, Trading, Payments
- Strong commitment to quality service and standards
- Manage the clearance of Long Form Deficiency, Subscription of documents, Investment related forms.
- Support ad hoc duties/requests as assigned by team lead
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 3 years of related banking call centre or client services experience
- Able to work shift hours and public holidays
- Strong communication talent, ability to manage conflict situation
