Senior Administrative Executive (Support Services)
Job Responsibilities
1) Execute cost effective procurement based on users’ requirements as directed. Review with requestor for services to ensure requirements are correctly reflected. Guidance from the team lead requiring the services will be given, and alignment to the team is expected.
Meticulous in going through the details, and checking if not sure.
Suggestions/Previous experience to enhance the process will be good
2) Review submitted quotations from vendors/suppliers and report out the outcome. With propose recommendations to management, the pros and cons analysis.
3) Provide administrative support to all departments which include the following tasks:
a) Recording of department meeting minutes and perform secretariat duties
b) Provide HR support as specified such as organization of events, calendaring for interviews and arranging candidates for interviews etc
c) Perform general office administrative duties
4) Act as overall coordinator for gathering of employee feedback
5) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
1) Minimum diploma in Business Administration or related studies with 5 years of administrative support experience
2) Possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
3) Knowledge of Microsoft Office
4) Communicate well verbally and possess good writing skill
5) Able to work independently and has a good eye for details
6) Team player with ability to relate to all levels of management
