Role : 12 months Contract
Job Role:
- Lead the enhancement, maintenance, and support of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 systems.
- Evaluate user requirements, propose solutions, and assist users in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop new functionalities or enhance existing ones as per business needs.
- Execute the migration of HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 applications from on-premise to Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Execute the migration of application data (SQL Server database) from on-premise to Azure cloud.
- Perform PeopleTools upgrade from version 8.56 to 8.60.
- Track and resolve reported problems/bugs within the systems.
Skill Sets:
- Minimum 8 years of extensive experience working with PeopleSoft applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, PeopleCode, Application Engine, BI Publisher, SQL Server, IIS 10, WebLogic 12, Telerik, and .Net MVC.
- Experience in .Net will be considered a significant advantage.
- Expertise in PeopleTools upgrading from version 8.56 to 8.60.
- Proficiency in GCC Azure environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, independent work capabilities, team collaboration skills, and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Proven experience in installing and setting up HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 applications on Azure cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in migrating HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 applications from on-premise to Azure cloud.
- Proven experience in migrating HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 SQL Server databases from on-premise to Azure cloud.
- Expertise in IIS 10, WebLogic 12, Telerik, and .Net MVC is essential.
