Conducts discovery sessions, documents requirements, use cases, user stories, and manages technical, functional and acceptance testing for Salesforce features and enhancements. Designs technical and business solutions based on understanding of business needs.
Has experience with the following:
1. Strategic planning — to identify the organization's business needs
2. Business model analysis — to define the organization's policies and market approaches
3. Process design — to standardize the organization’s workflows
4. Quality Control – responsible for the quality of the product
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf, new development, and enhancements/support)
• Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management
• Organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and business areas.
• Proficient knowledge of Project Management – waterfall and Agile
Good to have salesforce Business Analyst Certified and salesforce admin certified
