- Conduct recruitment interviews and selection.
- Maintaining and keep track of employee attendance.
- Preparing all HR letters & Memo.
- Update employee leave, medical claims, and maintain of employee personal file.
- Handle employee overtime, commission, schedule arrangement.
- Process work pass application and renewal.
- Handle Insurance-related issues.
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions..
- Provide day-to-day general and HR administrative support as assigned.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma, any field.
-At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Bilingual & possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently and perform multi-tasking job.
