  • Department Store/Retail sales and stock taking duties
  • Handling POS cashier system
  • Outlet opening and closing shift duties
  • Assist in ensuring that the retail store is clean, organized and well-maintained.
  • Ensure all merchandise and price tag are properly display.
  • Assist customer in after sales service, eg: exchange, refund and repair.
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customers problem.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
  • Replenish stock when necessary.
  • Carry out day-to-day administrative work.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements

*6 days work week.

*MUST be able to work retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays.

*Willing to travel island-wide

*Work well with others and be a teamplayer.

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to organise, prioritize, multitask and be flexible

*Prior work experience in retail or customerservice will be an advantage.
