Position Summary
As a B2B Engineer, you will lead and drive the implementation, and optimization of B2B solution. You will play a critical role in facilitating seamless communication, integration, and collaboration between our company and its business partners. This role involves understanding the technical requirements of B2B relationships, implementing solutions to address them, and ensuring efficient and effective interaction between systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the customer service and sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise.
- Design, customize, and implement technical solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for clients to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to address client needs and drive product improvements.
- Document technical specifications, project requirements, and client interactions to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B processes, client relationship management, and solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, including IC design, fabrication processes, packaging, testing, and applications across various industries and verticals.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms is a plus.
