Salesforce QA Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in leading the QA team, hands on in testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality!
Must Have
Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
Develop, lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test
cases for a given project.
Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks
Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
Work closely on the deadlines of the project and Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the
quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.
Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Should be doing Hands on and able to identify bugs and issues.
Should be focal point of contact for the QA team for all the escalations related to testing and
Quality assurance.
Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries, Assign various tasks
to the engineers as per strength of individual.
Direct QA Teams and Coordinate Bug Fixes with Development Teams and ensure that his/her
team of QA engineers are on the right track all the way in the project, resolving conflicts across
the team, review the schedules and plans, mitigation of the risks, checking quality in phases,
update management, build a challenging and motivating environment.
Good to have
BA experience in any capacity.
Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria’s to check the quality on
timely basis.
Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional,
performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered.
Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.
