Our client is a real estate development and investment company known for their diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, industrial and hospitality properties.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the organisation’s Group IT team, working alongside like-minded individuals to deliver high-quality configurations and development works to drive business process improvements.
Part of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Supporting the company’s SAP CRM System (SAP Hybris)
- Working closely with cross-functional teams and users to integrate technical and application components to meet the business requirements.
- Creating and maintaining documentations like design specifications, configuration, process flow, test plans, user guide etc.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant working experience in configuring and maintaining CRM systems.
- Hands on experience in SAP Hybris Service Cloud or SAP Service Cloud will be highly advantageous.
- Strong written and communication skills.
