Job Responsibilities
· Co-ordinate, support and advise the project team on all cost and contracts matters including procurement strategy, tendering bid evaluation.
· Assessment of liquidated damages and extension of time claims, performance bond, warranties, insurances and all other contract administration work.
· Support the project team in management of contractual issues, progress payments, variation works and settlement of final account with clients.
· To lead and advise management and project team in contract disputes and contract claims with clients/consultants and subcontractors
· Assist in Yearly financial closing of Accounts
· Support project team in costs studies and budget requests
Job Requirements
· Min 5 years and above working experiences in building construction industry
· Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying & relevant qualifications
· Must be proficient in the SIA Standard form of contract and Design & Build Contracts
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project Management, Word & Power Point
· Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Good written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details
· Able to work under pressure due to tight deadlines
· 5.5 days (9am - 6pm) (2 Saturdays per month – 9am to 1pm)
