Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team on the review of account opening documents for both individual and entity
- Conduct periodic CDD reviews of existing clients, performing enhanced due diligence
- Perform necessary screenings and account maintenance
- Advise and coordinate with front office on the CDD requirements
- Assist in maintenance of database for annual reporting
- Responsible for systems projects, automation, and people management
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Finance/Business Management with minimum 10 years’ experience in leading a team of 4 to 6 people in client Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of FATCA/CRS and requirements under MAS Notice on AML/KYC/CDD
- Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
