The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

The key responsibilities of Analyst include handling all matters relating to compilation and preparation of non-financial performance (NFP) data of front office, preparing statistics and creation of presentation materials for management, and any other projects assigned to support SCB PvB in achieving business operational efficiency.

Strategy and Business

· Understand the Group’s business strategy and model and stay abreast of industry news to provide analytical and MI information for management reporting.

Processes

· Pro-actively engage relevant stakeholders and manage the NPF process from end to end.

· Actively look for ways to improve the NFP data quality and streamline processes.

· Prepare presentation materials and MI for management.

· Assist PvB in any project assigned.

Risk Management and Governance

· Ability to have a controls centred mind while conducting day to day operations, identify key issues and propose course of mitigation.

Regulatory and Business Conduct

· Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

· Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

· Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders

· SCB PvB front office and supervision teams

· SCB PvB Business Risk Management teams

· SCB IT and / or change management teams

· Other internal and / or external Stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate

· University graduates.

· 1 plus years of working experience in Banking.

· Experience in preparation of non-financial performance (NFP) data of front office.

· Experience in preparing statistics.

· Experience in MS Office.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

· Microsoft Excel, Word.

· MI Management

· Preparing NFP data.

· Preparing statistics.
