Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain routing and switching protocols, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN routing, and STP/RSTP.
2. Conduct network problem troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Provide operational support, including network change management, patch upgrades, and vendor coordination.
4. Manage problem resolution for P3/P4 issues, coordinating support from vendors as necessary.
5. Utilize Huawei automation tools for batch operations, analysis, and optimization of network infrastructure.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network expansion projects and upgrades.
7. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of routing and switching fundamentals, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN routing, and STP/RSTP.
4. Proficiency in network problem troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
5. HCIP or CCIP certification preferred.
6. Experience with network change management, patch upgrades, and problem management.
7. Familiarity with Huawei automation tools for network operation and optimization.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
