Job description
- Develop and maintain good relationship with current and new customers and ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Doing Maintenance of Elevators/Escalators.
- Attending/Assisting to Callbacks and Repair of Elevators/Escalators.
- Reporting of any technical fault to Engineers.
- Ensure that communication is clear within the team
- Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge
- Maintain proper filing and document control
Job Requirements:
- Must have Elevator/Escalator industry experience
- Must own Motorcycle
- Must be able to travel (within SG)
- Must be able to work odd hours
- Dynamic Service and result-oriented self starter
- Ability to work with people from all levels and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and also, as a team and perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
