Job Scope :
- Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
- Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
- Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues
- SPC trend, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/ management as necessary
- Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
- Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
- Support Quality Improvement projects
- Support PPAP submission
- Support Q-Plan development and planning
- Support Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949, customer audit)
- Assist planning, executing, and monitoring External Audit programs, including liaising with Certification Body
- Assist planning, executing, and monitoring Internal Audit programs, including Process/Product/ESD/Layered Process Audit.
- Support follow-up and tracking of Corrective Actions from the external and internal audit programs.
- Assist preparation of Management Review documents for the applicable standards, including Risk Analysis/Assessment documents.
- Update and maintain quality system documents, including records, for the company according to Document Control procedures.
- Update quality reports as per weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules.
- As system administrator for Calibration Management System of CPMS, including liaising with system developer when required.
- Support continual improvement on Quality & Information Security Management Systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge with SMT / PCBA / Bulk Capacitor an added advantage
- Good analytical problem solving skills
- Able to start in a fast paced environment
