Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Maternal and Infant Care: Offer personalized and expert care to postpartum mothers and newborns, ensuring their well-being and comfort independently.
- Provide thoughtful and exceptional routine care for babies including feeding, cleaning, and changing diapers.
- Daily documentation of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, and their behaviors.
- Clean, sterilize and prepare breast pump, feeding bottles, and all related equipment and accessories.
- Record postpartum moms/babies’ statistics and document all relevant information.
- Provide care and manage babies when they cry or require attention.
- Provide emotional support and assist mothers in understanding and coping with postpartum recovery.
- Ensure that the surroundings are clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to a serene and relaxing atmosphere for mothers with newborns.
- Be attentive to new mothers’ needs and concerns, creating a reassuring environment.
- Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience infant care is added advantage.
- Good understanding of proper hygiene practices and protocols.
- Understand food safety and infection control practices.
- Pleasant appearance, lively and cheerful personality, attention to details, and ability to handle pressure.
- Empathetic, responsible, compassionate, and patient.
- Insightful, organized, team-cooperative, and passionate about the job.
- Must enjoy interacting with babies.
- Must be flexible to work on shift schedule, weekends, and PH.
- Candidates with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
