Job Description
- Perform on-site installations, training, maintenance, and repairs for cash processing solutions.
- Handle staging, testing, software configuration, and QA for new installations.
- Troubleshoot customer issues through statistical analysis and reliability evaluations.
- Advise management on customer satisfaction, product performance, and enhancements.
- Support sales activities and serve as the main contact for customers on projects.
- Provide technical support via phone/email, liaising with internal Product Managers.
- Manage parts inventory to prevent losses and ensure accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with and servicing electro-mechanical equipment
- Able to work weekends and after hours on a rostered basis
