Acccounts Executive
Main Responsibilities:
· Handle partial set of accounts (AR & AP)
· Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
· Ensure AP & AR monthly and yearly closing on time
· Assist monthly AP & AR Report
· Prepare intercompany transactions/ billings
· Prepare the bank transactions, payments and other journal entries
· Ensure proper follow up from outstanding AR/AP issue
· Generate invoice, debit and credit notes
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation
· Liaise with bankers on financing
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
· Diploma in accounting, LCCI in Accounting, professional certificate or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
· Able to work with a positive attitude, independent, meticulous and team player
