The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Communications Executive (APAC) is to execute the company’s marketing communications strategy.
Being responsible to execute digital communications activities to achieve the company’s marketing goals by working closely with German HQ digital marketing team and APAC MarCom team based in Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
DUTIES
Website (CMS, Technical)
- Create webpages with UX/UI/SEO perspective for APAC campaigns such as webinar, eBook campaigns etc.
- Manage multiple-countries website such as functionalities and user experience to improve the website conversion rate and customers satisfaction. You will be required to act as a bridging role between local country teams and HQ.
Search Ads
- Execution of APAC search advertising plan of Google, Yahoo, Naver & etc. include Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Keywords Management, Bid Adjustment, Monitoring and Analysis of Performance etc. Content supported by Country MarCom.
- Campaign Promotion
- Execution of online promotion for events, product launches or other ad hoc activities together with APAC MarCom team via search advertising, Google display ads and social media ads (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) etc.
Data Analytic
- Use GA4 and PowerBI to analyze the performance for marketing campaigns.
Tech Support
- Handle Events (e.g. Webinar): technical/platform set up
- Handle emails technical set up
Ad hoc Tasks
- Handle global product launches coordination
- Support other activities assigned by leaders
REQUIREMENT
- Diplomas/Degree in Digital Marketing, New Media, e-Comm, Engineering or any related field of study
- 3+ years of digital marketing communication experience in an B2B technology industry
- Proficient in digital channel and tactics e.g. Website CMS, SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing, digital marketing analytics tools
- Good understanding of APAC digital landscape (individual country-based)
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Strong communication- and teamwork-skills, especially in multi-cultural teams
- Experience working in MNC and handle projects with a diverse group of members locally and remotely.
- Strong verbal communication in English. Some knowledge of Vietnamese/Thai/ Japanese/Korean language will be plus.
