Corporate Communications Manager (Individual Contributor with Resources)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Brand Growth & Expansion: Work with strategic partners to execute corporate branding activities to propel brand growth and expansion.
- Digital Presence: Grow, manage, and curate content on corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current on key business and industry trends, including competitors' activities.
- Content Development: Develop content for corporate and product communications, aligning with go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on communication and marketing campaigns, including media publications and external events.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, fostering sustainable relationships.
- Employee Engagement: Partner with HR for employee engagement initiatives, including communication, newsletters and events.
- Media Tracking: Track media coverage and target audience engagement to measure ROI.
- Government & Investor Relations: Provide support for communications related to government and investor relations.
Experience and Skills
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in internal and external communications, including business media relations and managing PR campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or Mass Communication.
- Content Development: Ability to develop compelling content across various communication channels for different target audiences.
- Creativity: Creative mindset with proficiency in digital marketing and hands-on experience in campaign/event planning and execution.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership ability, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
