Roles & Responsibilities
- attend to all patient enquires
- receptionist duties at front counter, inculding patient registration, cashiering, scheduling appointments etc
- prepare and dispense medications
- accurate of clinical data entry into patient care computer system
- maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other administrative duties
- liaising with insurance companies for insurance claims
- opening and closing of clinic
- ensuring the cleanliness of the general area and consultation rooms
- receipt and ordering of medication/consumables/investigations
- assist/chaperone doctor during consultation ( if necessary)
- any other clinic task as directed by doctor
Requirements
- relevant experience in clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- computer literate
