Job Description:
- Assist end-to-end recruitment cycle such as drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms,schedule for interview with hort-listed candidates and etc
- Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation
- Reporting to MOM if there is any change in foreign worker details, such as passport, residential address, mobile and etc.
- Assist in performance appraisal, staff clearance when necessary
- Prepare HR related letters, MEMO and reports.
- Provide assistance on daily operations of HR duties & functions
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferable knowledge of Time Management & InfoTech System
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
