Human Resource Assistant

Lam Heng Technologies Pte Ltd

Job Description:

  • Assist end-to-end recruitment cycle such as drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms,schedule for interview with hort-listed candidates and etc
  • Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation
  • Reporting to MOM if there is any change in foreign worker details, such as passport, residential address, mobile and etc.
  • Assist in performance appraisal, staff clearance when necessary
  • Prepare HR related letters, MEMO and reports.
  • Provide assistance on daily operations of HR duties & functions
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferable knowledge of Time Management & InfoTech System
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
