The primary responsibility of the Content Marketing Communications Writer is to research industry-related topics, create high-quality technical-based content that satisfies the needs and addresses customer pain points. Handle content marketing projects/campaigns to support the company’s global branding and regional marketing communications strategy and drives leads.
DUTIES
- Research, write, edit and proof-read marketing technical content for various channels, including but not limited to website landing pages, eBooks, brochures, guides, how-to presentation and video tutorials.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications Team to support different communication initiatives with compelling contents to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
- Conduct research or interviews with customers/in-house engineers to gather information, data, and audience insights; and synthesizing complex topics into engaging and informative written pieces.
- Create video concepts or storyline and collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and impactful video fulfilling project objectives and requirements.
- Incorporate feedback from project owners, stakeholders, or clients to refine and iterate contents until they meet desired specifications and vision.
- Handle global product launches coordination
- Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content.
- Proofreading and reviewing content for accuracy, grammar and style consistency.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.
REQUIREMENT
- Diplomas/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or journalism, literacy or any relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as a writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples across different formats and industries in B2B.
- Strong technical communication and writing skills with a passion for crafting creative and informative storytelling.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English. Good verbal and written communication knowledge of Vietnamese/Thai/ Japanese/Korean/Chinese language will be plus.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; able to efficiently undertake projects simultaneously and to approach all assignments with a marketing perspective.
- Experience in SEO writing and digital marketing preferred.
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills; a good team player in a dynamic organization, especially in multi-cultural teams
- Experience working in Multinational Corporation and handling projects with a diverse group of members locally and remotely.
- IT Savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
