Job Responsibilities
- Handling various backend administrative and clerical responsibilities for the frontline
- Provide support in vehicle related processes
- Attend to phone calls, queries and emails from banks or financial institutions
- Provide data-entry support
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative-related experience
- Possess at least GCE 'O' or 'N' Certificate
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detailed-oriented
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel)
- Great team player with great communications skills
- Able to communicate in Chinese
- Prior experience working in automobile industry will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period
Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
