BIM Manager

Job Description

1. To lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.
2. To liaise with Project team on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.
3. To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
4. To handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
5. To monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
6. To manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, clients and stakeholders.
7. Detailed knowledge of Singapore code of Practices, regulations and specifications for the construction industry.
8. Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction projects.
9. Lead a group of BIM Modelers and Coordinators from design to Construction Stage.
10. Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as BIM manager role. Experience in PPVC D&B projects is a plus
2. Degree holder in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or equivalent qualification
3. Skill in Autocad, Revit & Navisworks is a must.
4. A positive team leader with good judgment, prompt decision-making abilities and ability to meet tight deadlines.
