Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns that build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Content Creation:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
    Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform's specific audience and format.
    Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
  • Community Management & Engagement:Manage and monitor our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) on a daily basis.
    Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering positive brand interactions.
    Implement strategies to increase audience engagement (likes, comments, shares).
  • Social Media Advertising:Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives (brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation).
    Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Reporting & Analytics:Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic) using analytics tools.
    Generate regular reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
    Stay informed about company initiatives and translate them into engaging social media content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or) equivalent experience in social media marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a social media marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creativity and a passion for developing engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
