Responsibilities:
- Installation of air conditioning system.
- Troubleshooting & repair works for the air-con.
- On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of air-con.
- Preparation of service reports.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Cleaning, checking and repairing of air conditioning systems, and performing warranty services.
- Troubleshooting defective AC systems and equipment to identify the root cause and replacement of components.
- Improve air quality and optimize efficiency by cleaning the cooling coil.[Chemical Wash / Steam cleaning]
- Ensure drain pipe free of dust/dirt and draining properly.
- Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
- Submission of daily report of servicing & maintenance functions.
- Maintaining service vehicles in good condition.
- Ensuring all works comply with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
