Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, store and issue materials/tools safely.
- Inspect all materials/tools delivered to ensure they are in accordance with purchase and deliver orders, material mill certificate and engineering drawing.
- Update all transactions in SAP and file all relevant purchase documents
- Operate forklift for loading, unloading, storage and delivery of materials.
- Carry out stock take according to schedule.
- Maintain proper storage of warehouse inventory and non-inventory items.
- Assist to arrange routine servicing/repair of vehicles/equipment, tools calibration and statutory inspection.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or NITEC (in Engineering related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the petrochemical industry will be advantageous. Candidate without relevant experience may be considered.
- Valid license in forklift or scissor lift operation will be an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office application knowledge and SAP function.
