- Salary: Up to $11K (Subjected to experience)

The Talent
- 6-8 years of experience including Category Marketing leadership and High-Complex project management (from design to business case to implementation)
- Experience in innovation strategy & execution is an added advantage
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred - Passion, curious and ability to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside
- Ability to lead very complex projects (multi-functional, multi-country, …) and influence critical external stakeholders
Job Description
- Recommend and execute the strategy and calendar plans for global/regional brands across the APAC region
- Design strategy and pipeline for local /regional brands, in close partnership with category marketing teams and R&D
- Proactively adopt big, scalable global ideas, done in a way that still meets local/regional needs.
- Maximize the opportunity for formula harmonization and implement it in the market.
- Accountable for identifying critical issues, trends and opportunities to influence global pipeline, feed pipeline for local brands and to support the development of critical capabilities in the business.
- Lead research projects and insight development based on both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and synthesize the learnings into strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Strong and influential communication through clear, concise and powerful storytelling.
