Responsibilities:
- Cold ā Calling to prospective clients
- To promote Crystal Freight Services ā Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers business objectives
- Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
- Establish strong customer base
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to HOS.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by HOS
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE āNā level or SPM
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
- Possess own transport
Working hours:
5 Days Work Week
Monday to Friday - 8.45 AM to 6.15 PM
