The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will engage effectively with group finance stakeholders to understand business requirements for one or more CTRM and ERP projects and enhancements. You’ll work closely with process owners and key end-users to capture business requirements.
- Partner with business analysts and development team to capture system requirements and drive design of technical solutions.
- Recommend and implement solutions for business process enhancements, usability and operational effectiveness.
- Analyse issues, identify root cause(s), quantify business impacts, and implement effectual resolutions.
- Develop test scripts with the business.
- Plan and run UAT.
- Train users on new functionalities and create supporting user manuals.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong Business Analysis skills
- Good hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or an industry practitioner in CTRM across Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Energy or Agriculture industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with users at all levels.
- Physical commodity trading / metals & mining domain knowledge highly desirable.
- High level of understanding of derivative trading for OTC transactions.
- Functional knowledge of SAP 4 HANA is desirable.
- Good grasp of physical contract capture, scheduling (logistics) and invoicing
