- Analyse various report for recharging costs to client
- Prepare monthly recharge to the client and final document issuance
- Work with different parties to resolve chargeback/queries raised by client
- Work with pricing and contracts to ensure data is accurate
- Extract data from various databases and manipulate data using advanced Excel features suc as Vlookup, Pivot Tables etc
- Pricing extraction, reports, market analysis etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years administrative experience in accounting / procurement / pricing and/ or contract management preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with the incentive to complete projects within given timeframes
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
