Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic 3D Motion Graphics Designer/ 3D animator to tell stories through visuals as part of our growing team. Working with our Creative Director, producers, and production team, the candidate will have the opportunity to bring to life virtual characters, understand and visualise information that will have a definite impact on the audience. The candidate should be expected to work with on a variety of projects, to craft and bring to life visual stories based off the project specs.
Responsibilities
· Translate concepts into 3D motion graphics/ animation.
· Design and produce 3D animation and/or motion graphics fulfilling project requirements from start to end of production, including setting up of
scene and compositing work unto footage.
· Select suitable sound effects, music, typography, and animation style for
content
· Implement creative notes from stakeholders and clients.
· Work closely with team members to understand requirements and communicate the intended creative vision for production.
· Ability to take brand books; style guides; storyboards; scripts and translate them into beautiful motion graphics
· Keep up to date with latest video marketing/ social trends.
· Desire to take ownership of role on each project and follow through to ensure that all details for the project are thought out.
· Organise assets and projects meticulously according to team’s SOPs.
· Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during work on a project.
Requirements
· Diploma in Motion Graphics or Animation or its equivalent.
· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
· Is a team player.
· Creative, technically inclined
· Show understanding of typography, colour, layout.
· Able to work well under pressure.
· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Blender and Cinema4D
· Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
· Willingness to remain up to date and adapt to new software, hardware and workflow.
· Proficiency in character animation is an added advantage.
· Proficiency in VFX is an added advantage.
· Ability to sketch and storyboard is a plus.
