Key Responsibilities
- Assist the building manager to ensure that all services are performed accordingly to contract
- Manage Facility Management Services and conduct periodic checks
- Manage term contractors to ensure smooth operation of building
- Attend to feedback by tenants
- Develops and implements facility emergency plans
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Key Requirements
- Nitec, Diploma or Degree Engineering related fields
- Min. 2 yrs experience in Engineering/Facilities Management for Commercial Properties.
- Strong knowledge in M&E services
- Hands-on and familiar with all building maintenance works
- Meticulous and independent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
