The Job
- This role offers the excitement of sales, where you'll be responsible for establishing relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers
- Expanding business opportunities by managing both cold and warm leads, contributing to the growth of the company
- Meeting individual and team targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
The Talent
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any studies
- Candidates with 2 - 3 years recruitment background will be preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Effective communication skills and negotiation skills
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Adaptable in a fast working paced environment
