We are seeking a proactive indiviual to join us. Your role as an Admin assistant provide vital support to our organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Your responsibilities are to provide support to our manager and employee, assisting in daily office operation, maintaining records and other general administrative activities.
Job Scope:
- Assist in daily administrative / operation activities
- Handling of communication (Incoming / Outoing phone calls and emails)
- Perform Clerical tasks (Data Entry / Sorting & ETC)
- Generating invoices , Processing Order , Seeking Payment
- Adhoc duties assigned by managers
